During our visit, the doctor put exercises that my child was supposed to do to improve his wrist, and he also recommended a compression sleeve. And I was trying to write things down, and he said, oh, no need. It's going to be in my chart. And I waited for two days, and it never was. So that was two days that he was supposed to be doing the exercises, morning and night, but he was not able to do it because it did not show up in my chart. In fact, I had to call the doctor's office and get someone to scan the pages and send it to me as a message because it never showed up in my chart. So that was very disappointing.

I Like the fact that Dr Kunes is having me go through other approaches such as physical Therapy before even thinking of surgery. Very honest on his part.

The staff, very nice, very friendly, very helpful, including the doctor who's very, very nice. Good personality, good, listens, that's the main thing. That's what I'm looking for a doctor. Not only that it's good, that's practice of medicine, but listens to you and ask questions and lets you ask questions. That's the most important. We have left doctors in the past, and just recently a doctor we had used for a good 10, 12 years, that, a general... an intern, who just got the way he refused to listen if we had complaints and wound up with some major serious problems, health problems,

Waited almost an hour past my appointment time - seems a little too long

The receptionist (who apparently is new) was exceptionally organized and positive. She diffused a situation with an uncooperative patient very tactfully - even complimenting her id picture after the patient was rude. I do not recall her name but she had a rana rana (frog) tag on. Doctor Kunes (sp?) spent considerable time talking me through my concern and exhibited care, knowledge, and kindness. One nit: I was first instructed to get an X-ray which was in no way needed for my soft tissue concern. I refused and no other mention came of it. Hate these insurance games; especially when it comes with potentially harmful radiation to no purpose.

From the beginning to the end stellar care. I scheduled with Office Manager Neki she was pleasant and accommodating. At the office we were greeted by McKenzie. Medical Assistant Martine was kind at our intake. The xray tech Jonathan was sweet and quick getting the images. When my daughter cried from being in a strange place Nurse Jennie came to comfort her with Goldfish which were delish! No more tears. Dr Kunes has upbeat energy, tons of knowledge, very amicable. He was great with my baby girl. He gave me assurance, anticipatory guidance, a game plan and peace of mind. I'm a primary care doctor in private practice, I'll be making referrals for my own patients. Also for any family and friends who ask for a stellar Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr Kunes is the bomb!

It took over a month to get an appointment - better luck obtaining an audience with the Pope???? I was first patient of the day, Kunes comes over as interested support staff excellent. Very likely Cobb Co. has far more persons seeking medical treatment than there are available physicians?

Doctors are requesting patients arrive 15 minutes before appointment time, then doctor apologizes for being 1hr later than appointment time. Offices are being mismanaged/overbooked. It's really disrespectful to patients. I was called by a doctors office on main campus recently "we are running 45 minutes late. Please don't rush". That office has respect for his patients!

Dr Kunes and his staff are amazing! His staff was very courteous and attentive. Dr Kunes is extremely knowledgeable and personable with an excellent bedside manner, Provided me with a very thorough succinct plan of care. Will definitely recommend him!

dr. kunes is a breath of fresh air. i have seen multiple hand surgeons over the past two years and wasn't happy with any of them. primarily because they didn't listen to me or even consider me as a person. dr. kunes is the opposite of that. he listened and talked to me as an equal. we discussed the entire situation and went with my wishes.

Dr. Kunes is an amazing doctor. He explained everything that was going on with my hand. He decided that at this time, a steroid shot was appropriate for my condition. He told me that if the shot did not help my pain, that there were other options available. The X-Ray technician, Dr. Kunes PA, and the receptionist at the front desk were kind and efficient.

Dr. Kunes is an amazing doctor. He explained everything that was going on with my hand. He decided that at this time, a steroid shot was appropriate for my condition. He told me that if the shot did not help my pain, that there were other options available. The X-Ray technician, Dr. Kunes PA, and the receptionist at the front desk were kind and efficient.

dr. kunes is a breath of fresh air. i have seen multiple hand surgeons over the past two years and wasn't happy with any of them. primarily because they didn't listen to me or even consider me as a person. dr. kunes is the opposite of that. he listened and talked to me as an equal. we discussed the entire situation and went with my wishes.

Doctors are requesting patients arrive 15 minutes before appointment time, then doctor apologizes for being 1hr later than appointment time. Offices are being mismanaged/overbooked. It's really disrespectful to patients. I was called by a doctors office on main campus recently "we are running 45 minutes late. Please don't rush". That office has respect for his patients!

It took over a month to get an appointment - better luck obtaining an audience with the Pope???? I was first patient of the day, Kunes comes over as interested support staff excellent. Very likely Cobb Co. has far more persons seeking medical treatment than there are available physicians?

From the beginning to the end stellar care. I scheduled with Office Manager Neki she was pleasant and accommodating. At the office we were greeted by McKenzie. Medical Assistant Martine was kind at our intake. The xray tech Jonathan was sweet and quick getting the images. When my daughter cried from being in a strange place Nurse Jennie came to comfort her with Goldfish which were delish! No more tears. Dr Kunes has upbeat energy, tons of knowledge, very amicable. He was great with my baby girl. He gave me assurance, anticipatory guidance, a game plan and peace of mind. I'm a primary care doctor in private practice, I'll be making referrals for my own patients. Also for any family and friends who ask for a stellar Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr Kunes is the bomb!

The receptionist (who apparently is new) was exceptionally organized and positive. She diffused a situation with an uncooperative patient very tactfully - even complimenting her id picture after the patient was rude. I do not recall her name but she had a rana rana (frog) tag on. Doctor Kunes (sp?) spent considerable time talking me through my concern and exhibited care, knowledge, and kindness. One nit: I was first instructed to get an X-ray which was in no way needed for my soft tissue concern. I refused and no other mention came of it. Hate these insurance games; especially when it comes with potentially harmful radiation to no purpose.

The staff, very nice, very friendly, very helpful, including the doctor who's very, very nice. Good personality, good, listens, that's the main thing. That's what I'm looking for a doctor. Not only that it's good, that's practice of medicine, but listens to you and ask questions and lets you ask questions. That's the most important. We have left doctors in the past, and just recently a doctor we had used for a good 10, 12 years, that, a general... an intern, who just got the way he refused to listen if we had complaints and wound up with some major serious problems, health problems,

During our visit, the doctor put exercises that my child was supposed to do to improve his wrist, and he also recommended a compression sleeve. And I was trying to write things down, and he said, oh, no need. It's going to be in my chart. And I waited for two days, and it never was. So that was two days that he was supposed to be doing the exercises, morning and night, but he was not able to do it because it did not show up in my chart. In fact, I had to call the doctor's office and get someone to scan the pages and send it to me as a message because it never showed up in my chart. So that was very disappointing.
