The doctor didn't tell me anything to help me at all. And everything he told me in his office contradicted anything that he said to me over the phone. And he was supposed to call me at 2:45. I finally heard from the doctor at 5 o'clock in the evening.

I was glad to see Dr. Fincher sit down and talk to me. He also took tine to answer all my questions and explain how to apply the treatments. He also made us feel very comfortable when talking to him.
