The Question on hand washing. I'm sure they did. However, there's no sink in the room I was occupying!

This was a little scary for us but from the front desk to the doctor and our precious nurse, Alecia it was all 10 out of 10. Lagrange is certainly blessed to have these great people taking care of us. Thank you guys so much!

My only issue with the service was no one verified that the record they had was me. And the automated system never called me for an appointment. I got a letter for the appointment, and then it canceled me without talking to me either. That was very disappointing. That was my only complaint.
