Dr Patel is the best physician I've ever seen. As my PCP, I couldn't ask for a more dedicated and caring doctor. I never feel rushed and she wants to see the whole picture of my health, not merely bloodwork and scans. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Patel, and now my wife and daughter also call her their PCP. She's the best!

The front desk staff could be a bit more friendlier and not be chit chatting on personal conversations when patients are in line. And do not be using the mobile screen for staff personnel updates, instructions, and education when patients are waiting in line. Masked personnel need to speak up when addressing patients at the front desk.

I was extremely happy that Dr. Patel was concerned about my issue that I had and she took me in the same day. I only had to wait 45 minutes and her nurses were very attentive as well. I'm very grateful and I'm very confident with the treatment that I got.
