The front desk staff could be a bit more friendlier and not be chit chatting on personal conversations when patients are in line. And do not be using the mobile screen for staff personnel updates, instructions, and education when patients are waiting in line. Masked personnel need to speak up when addressing patients at the front desk.

Perfect for routine visits. Easy to use. And as always, the camera on really does a difference for feeling the connection. Thank you for all the pre-follow up. It makes a nice assurance, besides, of course, nobody wastes their time. Great solution!

I was extremely happy that Dr. Patel was concerned about my issue that I had and she took me in the same day. I only had to wait 45 minutes and her nurses were very attentive as well. I'm very grateful and I'm very confident with the treatment that I got.

I interacted with four people during my appointment. Dexter, who checked me in was very efficient and personable, got the visit off to a good start. Cindy, the NP?, very friendly, competent and re-assuring, really knew her stuff. Dr Patel, whose bedside manner improves every time I see her. Can't help but leave feeling that I'm in good hands. The lab assistant (ashamed to say I didn't get her name), was friendly and very business like. I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

I had a really good experience with my physical this year with Dr. Patel. However, I have had problems with this practice, which I've been a part of for more than 30 years, in getting appointments and being seen when I needed to be seen. But I don't blame Dr. Patel for that. I blame WellSTAR.

Very concerned with the lack of communication between a RN who read my message and lack of relaying message to Dr. Patel. I had important info concerning an abnormal lab result that would change my treatment. Also RN didn't send prescriptions to my pharmacy of choice as I noted. Very much a transactional relationship making me feel like a number instead of a valued patient. Very disappointing!
