Dr. Patel is wonderful!

I has a video visit. I know sometimes providers run behind schedule and it is easy if you are in waiting room. When provider is going to be more than 5 minuities late on a telehealth call someone should be instructed to connect and let patient know. Instructions are to join 15 minutes before appointment time which I did but 25 minutes later no one connected so I called office. It is hard to know if there is a connection issue or provider just running behind so I suggest a quick connection by staff to inform patient of delay.

Yes, I was concerned about changing primaries because I had had the same one for quite a number of years and she retired. But going to Dr. Patel, I was extremely satisfied, very, very pleased in not only her care and concern, but also with the staff, the assistant and so forth. And they have been very, very helpful in many ways and following up in several other ways. And I appreciate them very, very much. Thank you.

Dr Patel is a fantastic Doctor but the general staff at that clinic is awful. I was asked to specifically be there at 12:45, which I did. There was only 1 person at the front desk when I ckecked in. At 1pm, I inquired about the delay in having someone call me in and was to old everyone was in a meeting and would be back shortly. After the "meeting" was over, no one called me in until I started complaining.
