I was referred to Dr. Patel and I thank my friend everyday we talk after another appointment and just how well the meeting went and how she cared for my wellbeing and even going the extra mile to make sure everything is addressed. I appreciate that Dr. Patel listened to what I was saying and spoke to me as a person. She was caring and looked at me when she was speaking to me when it was necessary, and not constantly at her screen. She asked relevant questions and gave helpful information. She also took my FULL history into consideration when creating a plan of action for my health. The individuals I encountered before and after Dr. Patel were just as attentive, engaging and welcoming. I believe their names were Genevieve, the Physician's Assistant, and Malani, who checked me out.

I has a video visit. I know sometimes providers run behind schedule and it is easy if you are in waiting room. When provider is going to be more than 5 minuities late on a telehealth call someone should be instructed to connect and let patient know. Instructions are to join 15 minutes before appointment time which I did but 25 minutes later no one connected so I called office. It is hard to know if there is a connection issue or provider just running behind so I suggest a quick connection by staff to inform patient of delay.
