Yes, I had an overall great experience with this office. Was greeted with a smile, had my questions answered, and did not have to wait very long to see the provider. The provider provided great information regarding my health and made suggestions that I was looking for. Was able to refill prescriptions in a very timely manner.

Dr said she'd contact me to go over test results and never did, only added a note to the labs I never got notice about and gave me no opportunity to ask questions. Very impersonal and did not feel like care.

Just wish the doctors were allowed more time with a new patient, but know that's restricted by insurance. Today was my first visit with Dr. Nicholson, so I really can't give a true assessment until I've seen her a few more times. I'm hoping this will be a good fit for both of us.

The front desk ladies were extremely wonderful ! Elaine (I think that is her name) she checked my mother and I in and was super friendly ! The nurse who took me back (Kristen I believe) was lovely ! The check out was smooth and the woman who helped me check out was lovely as well. Also, of course Dr. Nicholson was AMAZING ! This was hands down the BEST experience ever ! Thank you to everyone there !

It would have been helpful and more productive if bloodwork had been scheduled prior to my visit. I feel like I used my one covered well visit per year on getting administrative things like blood pressure, temperature taken, & medical history questions, and now I have to come back once the bloodwork results are in and pay for a second visit that will likely not be covered. That part is a little frustrating because I feel like we could have had a much more productive visit if we had the bloodwork results to discuss. And now I'll need to schedule an additional day away from work for another visit as well as plan an additional day to go get bloodwork since it's not done in the office. It feels pretty inefficient. Overall everyone in the office very helpful and kind. My feedback is related to the lack of efficiency in having to plan (and pay for) multiple visits.

Had they reviewed my insurance, you could see that I don't need a referral to specialists. If they can't splint or care for the injury type - way waste everyone's time and my money in a needless office visit only to refer me to another office? Highly frustrating experience.

The check out was smooth and the woman who helped me check out was lovely as well. Also, of course Dr. Nicholson was AMAZING ! This was hands down the BEST experience ever ! Thank you to everyone there !
