This practice is one of the friendliest that I've ever gone to for an appointment. From the reception staff to check out, absolutely terrific and above-and-beyond service. Doctor was friendly, listened, explained, and provided advice. You never felt rushed or like a number. They provided 'Care' in a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you!

Everyone was nice. I immediately interacted with the check-in desk upon arrival. I actually started my appointment early. The office is convenient, being 7 miles from my house. When I called for an appointment, I was surprised that open spots were available the next week. (At another Wellstar location, the first available spot was May.)

I wish I would have been taken for blood work prior to seeing the doctor. When I finished, no one was there to do the bloodwork and I had already gone all day without eating.

Yes, I had an overall great experience with this office. Was greeted with a smile, had my questions answered, and did not have to wait very long to see the provider. The provider provided great information regarding my health and made suggestions that I was looking for. Was able to refill prescriptions in a very timely manner.
