The person scheduling MRI 's was not friendly and was quite curt. Other persons working in the back office seemed to have plenty of free time to visit with one another and were even on the loud side while this individual had a line waiting for her service. Perhaps that is why she appeared to be irritated in general.

On the improvement side, I would have liked to have seen the information that I bought to the appointment available for the surgeon when he spoke with me. So that was not the case. I bought a disc from Northside Hospital as well as a report, and neither of those were available to the surgeon when he spoke to me, and I thought that was important. He was able to use a previous disc for a previous MRI, but it was not the spine. And so I'm also seeing a Northside surgeon, so I wasn't as concerned. I was really looking for a second opinion, and he gave me that. But again, I think WellStar can do a better job in prepping for these appointments and I'm being so rushed.

It was like I was his only patient. I am extremely confident in his ability to solve my neck issues. His staff is exceptional, they treat every patient with friendliness and patience. You will not go wrong using Dr. Hsu and his staff.

He showed us pictures and explained it with motions on a level where we could truly understand what was going on. He seems to really care about his patients and wants the best for them, this was our first time with him but he treated us like we were his only patient would definitely definitely definitely recommend him as a neurosurgeon

On the improvement side, I would have liked to have seen the information that I bought to the appointment available for the surgeon when he spoke with me. So that was not the case. I bought a disc from Northside Hospital as well as a report, and neither of those were available to the surgeon when he spoke to me, and I thought that was important. He was able to use a previous disc for a previous MRI, but it was not the spine. And so I'm also seeing a Northside surgeon, so I wasn't as concerned. I was really looking for a second opinion, and he gave me that. But again, I think WellStar can do a better job in prepping for these appointments and I'm being so rushed.
