Front desk receptionist was not accommodating to change television channel in lobby. She informed that she was watching the channel. This was not professional per patients come first not staff watching television while at work on the clock.

I had a very positive experience! The staff was great! I was treated with care. And Dr Saulsbury was very through! The one problem I have, is the signing in procedure. There is one computer, that is used to input all of your info. Which means you have to wait in a line, while each person fills out their personal info. This is a lengthy process & VERY time consuming and is very uncomfortable when you're sick. Suggestion to streamline this process & make it more efficient.

I was visiting Atlanta and got an asthma attacked.,was very impressed with the staff, Very courteous and attentive, Dr. J. Saulsbury II explain everything to me and order all tests. I am from New York and would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Medication was administered and sent to pharmacy to be picked up. Thanks to the staff and Doctor

The wait time was three hours. I made my reservation online a day before I did not get treated for everything I went in for. most of all the nurse and the doctor was very nice and very professional the young lady that sit at the desk in the front Was not professional and attitude was very nasty
