Person that checked me in was not at all friendly. My nurse was fantastic. Great people skills and easy to talk to. Dr.Bush was great. Listened attentively to my concerns and gave me confidence in his recommendations.

The nurses and physicians are polite, respectful and genuinely friendly. But the check in and checkout/appointment employee's are cold and unfriendly. They say what they are supposed to say, like "Have a nice day" but with no feeling and sometimes with a snarl on their face...lucky if you get eye contact much less a smile. I have found the same behavior at several Wellstar offices, which is why I have changed locations now 4 times.

This is my body. I discussed hrt with him and i told him I'm on zero medication. No history of female related cancer in my family. He was fine with my getting the patch when i left the office. Now in my notes he insists i get a mammogram before prescribing hrt. I expressly told him i do not want a mammogram. I do not want anyone telling me what to do with my body. The exam was ten minutes mostly talking. He listened to my heart and lungs and looked in my throat. Did not check reflexes, eyes, glands, palpate my internal organs. All of this used to be standard care for a sick visit now you don't even get this in an annual checkup!!!?? Wellstar and health or rather sick care In general is a joke now. You are pill pushers. You don't care about your patients. You don't even know your patients. These doctors don't bother to look at your chart before they see you. I am a five minute slot to them and a billing opportunity to my joke of an insurance program. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
