Was first time, wasn't sure what to expect but left with complete knowledge of what to expect as well as how or what I needed to do .

Pretty basic ho hum. I actually like the doctor and nurses ok. But would probably have a more warm and fuzzy feeling about them if not for the receptionist. When you walk in, she puts off a cold, generally unhelpful demeanor (not so much like I'm bothering her, but more like she's providing a service and expects me to get her attention and greet her, then give her unsolicited information. No hello given, then when she retrieves the info she desires from you, she hands you a piece of paper and says thank you and goes back to other duties. Bascially dismisses you to go away). Once behind the doors the employees are friendly (I wouldn't say welcoming) and that's good enough for me (at least a relief). The doctor is calm and quick which I generally like.
