I had an appointment that I was early for and had to wait at least 45 minutes till I was called back to a room. I continue to wait quite a while. I was there a total of two hours.

Yes, I was very disappointed with the results of my visit. Dr. Rodriguez gave me a prescription for allergy drops for my eyes. It cleared my eyes up a little bit, but it did not resolve the problem. My PCP ended up giving me three antibiotics to try to get the problem under control. I would not recommend Dr. Rodriguez for something like this. He was extremely nice, but he did not fix my problem. Thank you. Bye-bye.

The front Desk staff rude but once I went back it was whole different world they were nice and very helpful

Dr. Rodriguez was not concerned with my back issues. He handed me a copy of the xray and said I will prescribe medicine and didn't talk to me or left the room in a hurry not giving me a chance to ask any questions! I was in shock and wanted more info on my back that he claimed the spine was fracture! I felt he did not care!!!

I ended up waiting over two hours to see a DR, even though I had an appointment. There wasn't a lot of communication after I finally got back to the exam room. They actually had to take my vitals a second time because no one entered the first set. That was the first indication there might be a delay - after I had already been waiting for 2 hours.

My appointment was for 11:20 AM I was eventually seen at 1:30pm. I can understand 1/2 hr delay, but more than 2hrs!! After all this wait, Doc was in and out in less 5 min after checking my ears, throat, and lungs, and discussing a little. Seemed confident in his assessment. I got the impression he would be back, but instead I just got the prescription and ushered out. Not sure what else he could have or should have done, but as of now the symptoms have not got much better and I have another appointment set up for first thing tomorrow.
