Dana at the front was absolutely amazing, friendly and went the extra mile. Rachel was the nurse who took care of me very friendly and showed concern along with a new nurse I believe her name was Christine who was very sweet. Dr Rodriguez was phenomenal he showed great care as I was very anxious about my problem he helped and also to me to follow up id not better.

Exceptional from arrival time to amount of time I was out of the office ... excellent leadership you can tell customer service has been emphasized and trained - great job by all on Wednesday Feb 26 wellstar on johnson ferry - christoper was nurse- dr was excellent as well

Every staff member was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my well being. Dr. Rodriguez took the time to thoughtfully listen to my health concerns and provided an excellent professional assessment and treatment plan. I felt very well taken care of!

The front check in ladies were clearly frustrated with people not checking in on monitor. I felt sorry for the older people who just needed a little help:(. However, I come to this location for the nurses and doctors who help my daughters. I appreciate their constant professionalism, knowledge, and want to help all:)

My appointment was for 11:20 AM I was eventually seen at 1:30pm. I can understand 1/2 hr delay, but more than 2hrs!! After all this wait, Doc was in and out in less 5 min after checking my ears, throat, and lungs, and discussing a little. Seemed confident in his assessment. I got the impression he would be back, but instead I just got the prescription and ushered out. Not sure what else he could have or should have done, but as of now the symptoms have not got much better and I have another appointment set up for first thing tomorrow.

Excellent doctor experience who cared enough to reach out to the family doctor out of state to discuss the patient. Also cared enough to go beyond to ensure there wasn't pneumonia.

I'm still not doing well. On the 5th day of the last steriod, I started the same symptoms and this miserable itchy cough. I mentioned my history of the necessity of antibiotics and the Doc said the CDC recommends no antibiotics. I noticed discharge papers says come back if no improvement.
