I am not exactly certain at what time my daughter should see her foot doctor for a follow-up.

I was told that I could not get help at this facility because they do not have this service available on Saturdays or Sundays. I feel that they should refund my payment since all they did was look at my foot.

It took longer than I hoped but there were folks with much more severe symptoms and/ or pain, so it was what it was and I accepted it.

We arrived early and didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone was courteous and respectful. The nurse and doctor were efficient and thorough. The exam was over before the appointment time actually came. We did have an early morning appointment, but the whole operation was spot on. Thank you for seeing us quickly and providing great care!

Hi. So basically, Dr. Rodriguez, the staff, the nurses, the front desk staff, everybody was friendly. Everybody was very helpful. I had a great experience. However, I will say that the wait time for urgent care was kind of excessive. I think I got there before 8:30 and I didn't leave until after 12. So I would say if there could be some better support around the wait time, that would be great. Thank you.

I simple Covid 19 test with my symptoms could have saved me money and time. Instead I was referred to ER to determine. Provider was a kind person but extremely busy. The facility was very clean. The wait was very long.

Made appointment online but still had to wait over 3 hrs to see dr. I realize bad time of year to see dr due to number of patients there but obviously no reason to have appt or "reservation" if still have to wait behind walk ins. The staff was nice but wait was too long..
