This has to be my favorite Wellstar Urgent Care the staff is always courteous and caring.

I arrived on time first for a mammogram and had to three times ask if my appt would be forthcoming. For some reason no less than 5 ladies were working at the registration desk, 1 after the other. I waited as one after other patient was taken since my arrival and telling first lady I'm there for mammogram. Finally last lady helped me. No way to handle appts efficiently.

I was in so much pain when I arrived. Everyone helped to see that I was treated as quickly as possible. It was late when I arrived, and no one was trying to rush me out. I am extremely grateful to the doctor and staff for the treatment they provided and the empathy that they showed.

With my abdominal pain, and being from another state, I was thankful to be seen and that my out of state insurance was accepted. The medical staff was very personable and diagnosed and treated my issue professionally. Allowing family into the testing room was a plus and was comforting to me. Thank you for the great customer service and professional medical services.
