I'm still not doing well. On the 5th day of the last steriod, I started the same symptoms and this miserable itchy cough. I mentioned my history of the necessity of antibiotics and the Doc said the CDC recommends no antibiotics. I noticed discharge papers says come back if no improvement.

I wasn't called until 4:pm and sat in a holding room for 20 more minutes until I saw a doctor. Way understaffed for the volume of patients.

Good experience but did not like waiting 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. I did like that it was a very large waiting area so you didn't have to sit by anyone with a communicable illness. I had gout so I wasn't going to give it to anyone. All the nurses and doctor were very nice. I didn't notice if the doctor washed his hands in the room or not!

The front desk staff was welcoming and showed empathy. The nurse or med assistant dropped something on the floor and picked it up, after he had his gloves on; and had opened swabs in his hand for testing. He should have waited until he was done testing. I was not comfortable correcting him.
