The staff up front was not very kind or welcoming. There was some confusion on what time my appt was and they were very eager to get rid of me. I kept trying to ask if there was another person I could talk to and they kept sayingno. I was very sick and wanted to see if I could be seen earlier but they didn't even want to look. They kept trying to get rid of me. I had to call the appt line and they asked me questions about my health and then I was able to be seen. No thanks to them. Once I got passed them the experience was good.

This was my first time seeing this particular physician. It was just out of necessity and I appreciate them getting me in. Dr Chen was extremely cheerful which made my visit very pleasant. He handled all my issues with great professionalism and a touch of humor when I initiated it so it was quite nice.
