I believe this was my 3rd visit at Wellstar Urgent Care at Campcreek. The staff are friendly, professional and I've always have an amazing experience coming to this location. I saw Doctor McDowell and he was amazing, explained all my medical concerns. The next day I felt so much better. Dr. Salisbury is amazing also. They are definitely a (10) !!!! TRY THEM!!!!

The person at the front desk were so resourceful and professional, she was able to find my grandkids Medicaid information in the computer after I explained my situation. I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me get my grandkids medical information straight. She could tell that I was stressed because without her locating their medical information I would've had to pay almost $500 for the two kids to be seen. She had a line of people waiting, she remained professional and asked me to have a seat and she would keep looking for the coverage for the other kid, once she cleared her line she called me back up and told me not to worry she found the other kids medical information and gave me a copy of the paperwork with the insurance information until I received the permanent insurance card in the mail.

After I completed my sign in on the screen, I went to sat down and the front desk personnel never acknowledge me, she was on her phone. After sitting for a few minutes, I then walked up to the side of the front desk and took a picture of her strolling on her phone. She never even looked up. I then asked if she knew when she would be able to complete my sign in so that I could be seen? That's when she started doing her job. This is urgent care, people are coming in because they're not feeling well and should receive attention time we walk into the office.

I inform the doctor but he passed my c concern to charge nurse the exam room floor was filthy not mopped or swept .it was awful you will never see this in Cobb county urgent Care only in fulton county. It is sad.the service was good but the exam room was unacceptable.
