After I completed my sign in on the screen, I went to sat down and the front desk personnel never acknowledge me, she was on her phone. After sitting for a few minutes, I then walked up to the side of the front desk and took a picture of her strolling on her phone. She never even looked up. I then asked if she knew when she would be able to complete my sign in so that I could be seen? That's when she started doing her job. This is urgent care, people are coming in because they're not feeling well and should receive attention time we walk into the office.

I inform the doctor but he passed my c concern to charge nurse the exam room floor was filthy not mopped or swept .it was awful you will never see this in Cobb county urgent Care only in fulton county. It is sad.the service was good but the exam room was unacceptable.

Check in was horrible line waiting to get checked in while front office staff was on her phone. Typically if the kiosk is backed up front in would check patients in. There was no option to complete check in online either.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The visit was timely. The only thing I was slightly disappointed was about the cleanliness of the facility, overall I was in/out with great medical treatment.

This was my first time going to this facility and I definitely will be back if needed. We were told that our wait time would be about 50 mins because there were 3 people ahead of us, we were seen way before the 50 mins! The staff and provider were very friendly and professional.

it's an urgent care and they don't act like walk-ins despite the big window on the sign. after walking into the facility because I thought they took walk-ins, I made an appointment for 2 pm. I walked in ten minutes before my appointment, I was told that the staff was at lunch and wouldn't be back until 3 pm. I came back at 3:15 the same day and was told I couldn't be seen anymore. I make an appointment another day for 3 pm and the receptionist says im not in the system. I already checked everything online. I even showed her the confirmation for my appointment. I was told to come back at 4:15 and I will get seen. I did get service of course. It just took a lot to finally get seen.

I was upset when the lady asked me to let the one who came after me register before I registered my children. And besides, she was taken first. I wanted to give up and go elsewhere. It's was a bad experience for me. But the doctor was great , listening and communicating. I appreciated.
