As usual everyone was friendly, professional. The doctor,Dr French was top notch. Very personal, explained my treatment clearly. He had consulted with my other doctors. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

I get good care here. I trust Dr. French and just recommended him to a friend who needs cancer care. I do see that the processes that are used I this practice are unnecessarily burdensome to the patient. Because I have been treated in another hospital I have seen how much more patient centric they are without sacrificing efficiency. There is a lot of room for the process and the systems you use to be better.

The parking situation is a joke. The fact they are allowing hospital employees to park in The cancer lot is upsetting.
