I just want to say that Jodie is the most incredible human alive. She is the reason I am at this practice. She is real thoughtful and makes life feel like it's worth living. What an incredible addition to the practice... I don't know if it weren't for her that I would be there. We love her so much and I am sad that my boys are old enough not to need me to come to doctors appointments anymore. Because I will no longer see Jodie. She is a beautiful human in every way.

My prescriptions were called into the wrong pharmacy with a similar name. They were sent to Wellstar Paulding long term healthcare pharmacy instead of Wellstar Paulding hospital outpatient pavilion. I imagine they look similar on epic. This resulted in several trips and calls to get my son's prescription. The pharmacy said this is a common error. They also said that they cannot contact the other pharmacy to make a transfer as the order is deleted when the long term health pharmacy does not have the patient on record. The whole process took 3 or so hours to rectify and obtain the prescription

The doctor or nurse practitioner was amazing. The nurses were really, really good. They were concerned. They seen my son on the earliest possible moment. They not only that, but they gave follow-up after we get out of the office. They call me two days after and follow-up with certain things that needs to be done. So it's really good. She listens to all our concerns, gives thoughtful answers, and plans for follow up when needed; I trust her with my kids and really value her advice/input. I also love that she not only asks for my kid's consent but mine too before moving to check spots under their clothes, something that seems so little but is huge in reinforcing what is ok touching and what is not. She and her nurses are also beyond kind, along with the very personable front desk staff; from start to finish our visit was extremely pleasant. Needless to say, we come to this practice for Dr Jodie and would stay with her even if she ever switched facilities.
