Joan Seltenright is an excellent NP. She is very thorough and caring. Her response time is quick. Also, she has cool socks. I like and trust her very much.

The disagreement was that the prescription was not provided in a timely manner. The blood pressure medication had run out, and she basically went without taking the medication for many days. In that sense, it wasn't handled properly when we approached the hospital to receive it. The response was basically inadequate.
