My primary care doctor was over and beyond what I expected. I really enjoyed my first visit with her and and she provided a lot of information concerning my health and such. I'm very glad to be in her care and at that facility.

A couple of hours of my time was spent in calls to insurer and various WS administrative staffers to communicate that I did not owe a deductible. Before I recommend WS to others, systems need to be improved.

It seems ridiculous that I'm expected to be on time/early for my appointments, but I'm expected to wait for whenever the doctor gets around to me. What's the purpose of an appointment time? It might as well be first come/first serve.
