My experience has always been good. I don't speak English, but there is always an interpreter and I can express myself and all my doubts to my doctor, Dr. Jiyo Shin. And they translate my medication instructions for me in Spanish. THANK YOU!

Colleen the phlebotomist was excellent and very helpful. The nurse Jarahah was very kind and she asked good questions. She took my blood pressure twice because I have white coat syndrome. Dr Shin was great.

It is a challenge to get timely appointments if one isn't on a six-month rotation like I am. I believe current wait is three months! With this much demand, it seems like you need another physician.
