I had great experience today. The customer service experience was much improved. Last time, I had terrible experience with the appointment clerk due to she put me appointment 1 month later. I wrote the complain and office manager called me and apologized. I was told more training will be followed for the office staff. I can see today it is much improved. Thank you!

The new makeover was a pleasant surprise! It is brighter, more welcoming, more employees to sign you in to be seen by your Dr. Even though I went because I was not feeling well, the office, her staff made me feel better just getting in for treatment. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Waiting room of the newly remodeled practice did not consider how patients were going to ambulate through the maze of other patients who were seated there with canes, etc. Very hazardous. More space needs to be allotted between seats.
