Dr. Stepp has been My primary care physician as well as my families for Many years when she was at Floyd in Taylorsville, when she went with WellStar so did we, we would have drove to Tennessee if she had went there because she is a very knowledgeable physician! I had my first in office appointment in the office today and it was so streamlined and coordinated and I am referring to her staff as well, excellent fantastic group of top-notch professionals!

She acts like she is genuinely happy to see each patient who comes in the door. IF YOU're lucky enough to have her sign you in, you get an excellent impression of Wellstar Dallas!

Everyone was amazing from start to finish. The check in ladies were so friendly. Briana was an absolute rockstar at answering my questions and giving me options. Dr. Stepp took the time to listen to my concerns and get a game plan for going forward. I was so scared going to a new Dr for the first time in over a decade but they made the entire process much easier.

I was met by Morgan. She was friendly, patient and accommodating. Truly, she was a breath of fresh air. Quickly, Briana called me into the exam area. She was knowledgeable and very warm. I immediately felt at ease. She throughly confirmed all of my information. Her personality just shines. I followed Dr. Stepp from Atrium. As a resident of Dallas, I was more than thrilled when she joined Wellstar. I am 48 years old. I have lived in two states and I've never had a physician so caring and receptive to my feelings and questions. She is not pretentious in the least. Her compassion and dedication to her practice is evident in her treatment of her patients and other medical professionals. I had bloodwork done and Candia (sp) was gentle and accurate when drawing my blood. It was painless. She also expressed a legitimate interest in my life. I'm sure this behavior puts patients who are scared of needles at ease. Finally, as I left the office, I checked out with Leigh Ann. She has a wonderful attitude and is very professional when scheduling follow ups and gives the patient the feeling that's she is glad to see them. The whole office is a gift to the Wellstar family. I will continue to recommend this practice to everyone I know.
