Lady at check in was not very friendly or courteous found she was a little rude. Rest of staff was very nice and professional Dr. And her nurse assistant were very professional and listened to anything I had to say and informed me as to how everything was going, what was they would be doing each step of the treatment.

I have had my catheter changed for the las two years or more and I have never had the pain that I had this time. I do not know what she did, Buit if it were me I would never let her change another one on anyone. I was in pain for several hours after I left the office.
