She really explained my condition using the x-rays and other images to help me understand more about my injury as well as the progress I'm making. I also found the x-ray technician to be really kind and gentle, helping me to avoid as much pain as possible during the x-ray process. Thank you.

Customer service detoured me from even having the surgery. I would suggest to inform the patient better. I was there two and a half hours before anyone spoke to me. I didn't like it, so I left.

Amazing staff all around. This is how healthcare is supposed to be. Effectively efficient w great attitudes. I've sat in PCP offices for a med appt one time for more than it took for a surgery and everything the precedes it plus 2 post op appts. Sites like Burns, & Kurikowa's should be held as the beacon of other practices to follow. Both uphold best practice values, with integrity, morals, experience, with well informed, genuinely kind staff from top to bottom.
