This was my first time and I was extremely nervous. They were extremely nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way.

The wait was long I was on an extended lunch break, I arrived at 12:30 the office was closed for lunch and a meeting did not open until 1:05 no chair or anything so people were standing outside the door waiting pregnant women and all. It took 2 almost 21/2 hours

The doctor was very nice, but I had to wait forever for her, and I felt rushed. I felt like she was on a time schedule. I could only talk to her my 11, 12 minutes. She was very knowledgeable, but I wish I had more time to speak to her. I've already sent her an email trying to understand what we talked about and trying to follow up. I suggest that you give more time for new patients because 12 minutes is not enough time, WellSTAR. You need to do better, or I need to find another company and another doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Conde is an excellent gynecologist. She is very knowledgeable and she goes the extra mile to address her patients needs and health issues band concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Conde and her nurses and staff. She is an asset to the Wellstar Medical Team

My husband and I attended the Northwest Clinic for my first OB visit at seven weeks pregnant. And when we were placed into a room, we almost immediately had a nurse come in and start talking to me as if I were seven or eight months along and just speaking to me with a condition and was addressing me as another patient. And we told her she probably had the wrong room and she left, but then we had to wait probably 45 minutes in that room for the doctor to arrive. So maybe a scheduling issue, I'm not sure. It just seemed a little disorganized. Everything else was wonderful, but for a first visit, it was just a little disconcerting. Thank you very much to Dr. Conde and the rest of the staff. And we look forward to our next visit.

Star was friendly and listened when I asked if she could take my blood pressure manually since it measures high/inaccurate if the automatic cuff is used. Star was efficient in updating my chart for this visit and did not ask repetitive questions. Overall pleased with my appointment.
