I've only been to this office a few times, and each time, everyone from the front office to the back has been exceptionally kind and friendly. Thank you, Dr. Conde for your kindness, compassion, and taking my concerns seriously. I've had so many GYNs over the course of my life who have dismissed my pain and concerns, and this is the first time in my life I've felt safe.

The wait was long I was on an extended lunch break, I arrived at 12:30 the office was closed for lunch and a meeting did not open until 1:05 no chair or anything so people were standing outside the door waiting pregnant women and all. It took 2 almost 21/2 hours

The doctor was very nice, but I had to wait forever for her, and I felt rushed. I felt like she was on a time schedule. I could only talk to her my 11, 12 minutes. She was very knowledgeable, but I wish I had more time to speak to her. I've already sent her an email trying to understand what we talked about and trying to follow up. I suggest that you give more time for new patients because 12 minutes is not enough time, WellSTAR. You need to do better, or I need to find another company and another doctor. Thank you.
