His office even confirmed my schedule, sending very detailed maps of where and which deck to park. Everything was explained to me in detail. Makes my upcoming surgery worry free.

I didn't feel like I was given all of my options including the detailed pros and cons. I felt like I was seen as a body to operate on instead of a person. The doctor was friendly, but I guess this type of encounter is to be expected in general surgery as opposed to a different specialty.
