I really appreciated how much it felt like I could take my time with explaining my thoughts and how I felt about different things going on and how Dr. Reynolds really was intentional and listened. So I appreciated that since I haven't had a primary care doctor in several years. So happy to find this practice in Dr. Reynolds.

It was incredibly refreshing that Dr. Reynolds was taking advantage of technology to record the conversation that we were having. He was able to focus very intently on what I was sharing with him. We were able to have a conversation about what the next steps were going to be. He wasn't having to engage in entering information into the system. So I felt heard, understood, and I feel like I've got an advocate in my corner. The only frustration is when I called for scheduling, I was told that my care was going to be dependent on insurance company approving and it was going to be 10 days out to three weeks which was unacceptable given the priority and urgency. But Dr. Reynolds increased the priority and got me in so that I'm getting a CT scan tomorrow. I'm highly encouraged by the interaction I've had with Dr. Reynolds. I certainly would like to see front line people that are able to

I was happy with Dr Reynolds, his PA student and his Nurse Christopher all were very thorough and listened to me. However the lab tech who drew blood was awesome, I can't recall a time in recent history that a blood draw has been as smooth and painless as this one. I hope she is the person I get on every future visit.
