Back office staff and physicians were first rate, absolutely great, and I was happy to be referred here. Front office staff was a disaster, ignored me, rude, carrying on inappropriate and loud conversations with each other. They did not even move to do anything check me in (I had signed in as indicated when I entered) until I went back to the front desk and inquired about it, after the time my appointment was scheduled for.

I really appreciate my time at Kittleson Orthopedic Trauma. Dr. Donahue is very sweet. He told me pretty much everything I needed to know. There are a few things left out, so I was a bit rushed, but I do appreciate the time he did take with me and the explanation he did give to me. I additionally appreciate the operation that he put on my chart, so I was able to go over the procedure and actually know what happened, so I genuinely appreciate that. The nursing staff was extremely sweet. The anesthesiologist was very sweet. I was having a hard time about surgery because I was extremely nervous, and they were able to talk me down and make me comfortable with the process more, even though I knew it would be simple. It was hard for me to comprehend, so I appreciate all of them and everyone that was involved. Yeah, for my first surgery experience, you guys did an amazing job.
