I appreciated getting in on the same day with the virtual appointment, but for this illness, it would have been better to see the doctor in-person. Unfortunately it would have been the next week before I could get in to see the doctor so I took this virtual appointment.

For some reason I could hear and see the Nurse but she could not hear me. We had to communicate via a mobile phone. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Loved the video appointment for consultation on what zi thought was a long lasting cold. Jean was able to interact with me and recommend allergy and anti biotic support. Absolutely appreciated not having to sit in waiting room with other sick people for a medium concern. Also-Jean was an intuitive, excellent listener and medical professional.

She listened attentively and proved to me that my health issues were a matter of importance to her!
