He was very, very patient, great listener. The feedback he gave me was great. He gave me tools that I needed to carry on, you know, to get it right, to get everything I need to get right. Very supportive. I felt supported. I felt listened to. And again, not only did he listen, he also gave me tools and encouragement. And that's what I needed. So I think he was great.

All the clinical staff is stellar from Dr. T to the other providers & nurses. The administrative staff has improved but still is lacking and there are fundamental workflow issues.VERY difficult to call the practice a d once you reach someone the call can easily take 20 minutes even for a simple question because you are out on hold multiple times. I have witness check in and check out answer phones and immediately put the call on hold (they answer can you please hold) when it did not appear that they were finishing other work and then come back to pick up the call several minutes later.
