Appreciate the fact to be able to see someone without exposing myself to others who are sick and not exposing anybody to my sickness I feel it protects everybody involved in not spreading each others germs. It was a great convience to myself

Doing zoom on the phone was so much easier than using my computer. I was happy with the meds the doctor chose to give me. Zoom is better than nothing but I always prefer seeing a doctor or NP.

I was asked several times for the same information. Spent more time answering these same questions than actually speaking with the doctor. I really just wanted to know if I should be concerned about a persistent cough and ended up with a $325 bill for X-rays when I believe it could have been checked with a stethoscope.
