I was frustrated with the lack of what to do next in my health and my pain. Just doubling my meds and hoping for the best doesn't seem very comforting or helpful to me, and I'm frustrated with a lack of diagnosis and what to do next. The PA is very nice but I didn't feel like she really knew anything about my history of what I'm going through. She didn't have anything additional to offer except to see a rheumatologist someday. I was hoping for some pain management, some explanation of this Trigeminal Neuralgia, and some hope for how to proceed. I'm not sure where to turn next and I'm frustrated, stressed, and overwhelmed with all of this.

I really just wanted to know if I should be concerned about a persistent cough and ended up with a $325 bill for X-rays when I believe it could have been checked with a stethoscope.
