For a new patient visit (annual physical), it felt very rushed. I was asked a lot of questions, which is fine. But, I felt like it was just to enter information into a computer record and not really to find out how I was feeling or what my medical history was really like. Everyone was very friendly and professional, but I felt like I could have just shown up for the lab tests and it would have been the same. It would have been nice if someone had briefly explained what each blood test was going to measure or examine and why other tests were not going to be done today. I haven't had a physical or been to any doctor in several years and I was a bit nervous going in the door. I'm not sure anyone picked up on that (nobody really asked), but that's ok. Hopefully, when lab results come back I can get a better understanding and explanation of what everything means going forward. It was a good appointment overall, but falling slightly short of my expectations as a new patient.

I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Janeen Clark. She was very, very good. She was listening to me very carefully and the way she was very respectful. So I really liked her. Otherwise, I have seen many doctors or physicians just not listening to you properly and they just leave quickly giving a report back. But she was really, really nice and my husband is already thinking to change his physician to Ms. Janeen Clark. So I think definitely recommend it. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
