Prior to my appointment was a terrible experience trying to call the office and never having right number - the correct number to Dr Clark's office is not listed anywhere. The automated system was super frustrating which made me very skeptical for my first visit! BUT - once in person - everything was top-notch! Friendly and helpful staff and Dr Clark was great!

I believe your staff in all positions, whether they're the ones you enter with or your doctors or practitioners of any form, have been superb, very nice, quality people all the way through. As a personal experience, I think your company should spend a little time with getting new computer information. I don't think it's the personnel's fault. I think you probably have very old computer billing things and should maybe update. In the long run, I think it would give your company more money since it is a profit organization. Thank you.

She is rarely there and NEVER available. I had my annual physical and didnt even take my shirt off nor anything else. Seems to me all the physical is by blood work.

Overall, I like Dr Clark. And, when I have had a serious problem, she has been helpful. But, I did feel a sense of urgency (let's get her in/out) at my physical. And maybe that was because I didn't have any pressing issues to discuss, but as a patient, we like to feel our doctor is invested, interested, and taking time to assess us in that moment. I did not exactly feel that in this case, but again, this could be because I did not present any specific issues to the doctor. Just something I noticed and felt.

Dr. Janeen Clark and her staff is very professional. Everyone greets you in the front office with a smile. It didn't take long to get into the waiting room and when she walked in and serviced you, had all your paperwork ready for you to go. So yes, everything was very professionally done and the staff was very well trained. Thank you.
