I was extremely impressed with how efficient and also caring everyone I came in touch with was. I did several different people came into my room and I was found to have both COVID and the flu and they were extremely understanding and as I said professional so I could not have asked for better care. I will highly recommend them. Thank you.

The doctor was caring, knowledgable and did everything to make sure I was taken care of. The issue I have is the fact that I got there at 2 with an appointment at 2:20 and they didn't take me in the back until 3:20. The front desk person initally said they wouldn't be able to take me in until 2:30. I ended up getting called to the back at 3:20. The front desk person didn't give any updates unless I went up to ask how much longer it would be. The doctor and staff in the back were apologetic - but the front desk person should have been keeping people in the loop when they are waiting for hours.

Jamie Schools was fabulous. She was very professional, caring and kind. I felt like she was well trained and fully capable of diagnosing and treating my illness. She spent ample time with me - I did not feel hurried in anyway. She far exceeded my expectations for a medical professional in an Urgent Care facility.

From the woman behind the desk, to the person who took my vitals, then the nurse practitioner and finally the X-ray technician I couldn't be more impressed. Personable, kind and caring. Had an appt. but did have a lengthy wait but that was to be expected this time of year.

There needs to be more staff at this location. It was more of a drs office with only those having an appt could be seen. It took 2.5 hrs with an appt to be seen. So many people were turned away since they did not have an appt. To me they seemed to be slow but the wait was not quick. Hire more staff.
