I made an appointment thinking this would save time. My appointmenet was at 2:40 and I arrived at 2:25 as requested. I waited in the lobby over 45 minutes before I was taken back to a room. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if it's not to save time.

Wellstar continues to ask me for a copay after I've hit my maximum out of pocket, which is visible to them. Additionally, it has repeatedly been a nightmare trying to contact the nurse or front desk lines at this location. I will call multiple times, and be told each time by the system that the person I want to reach is unavailable and that it is exiting the system. I'd have far more understanding for just being told if Wellstar is understaffed, so that I can set my expectations for when I call.
