While not "appearing" busy, 2 other people in waiting room, and I didn't realize I could "schedule" an appt 1.75 hours is unacceptable to wait to be seen at an urgent care center. Where's the "urgent"?

Amanda was anazing, professional & very pleasant. Ms 'D' was great. Very knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable. Dr Jamie was thorough, pleasant & made me feel comfortable. Xrat tech was very polite & speedy. The "injection" nurse was great. Didn't realize when she stuck me!! Awesome team. I can't speak highly enough about all members.

I appreciate the staff at urgent care being very helpful. I booked my appointment for the wrong day and they worked me in. I had some issues with my heart rate, the immediately did an EKG, said there was a bigger issue and sent me to the ER where it was discovered I have pneumonia. I am thankful they listened to me and acted quickly.

I just want you to know that the urgent care, WellSTAR urgent care is the best urgent care I've ever been to. A whole WellSTAR system is the best I've ever been encountered with. And I appreciate every worker that works there. Everyone has been so kind to me and so good. I can't even praise them enough. And I would definitely recommend them over and over and over again. Thank you.

Olga, Sherniqua (sorry spelling) and Jamie were all very helpful. We arrived just before closing time but neither of the 3 staff members acted like we were inconveniencing them. I appreciate the care and concern that was shown to my daughter!

The pediatric side of the ER was phenomenal which is different from when we go to the main ER. Everyone we saw was polite, carrying, and informative. They showed that they truly cared for my baby girl and wanted to help her feel better. Joe was awesome (the firefighter) we got to know him and he made her laugh even though she didn't feel good. He talked her through everything he was going to do so she wasn't scared, from putting the pulse ox on her toe, to the leads on her chest he was very respectful and kind.

I had a great experience with the staff especially NP Jamie M McClure. I had used some OTC meds that did not help. After using what she recommended OTC I was able to get good sleep that night. I am pleased with the services given.

Jamie M McClure,NP made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was there to lie to get something for her either medication or lie to get out of work several times about who were my doctors knowing that she could look it up on the computer I am in severe pain

The provider was disconnected. She did not want to be at work. She was rude, as I was asking her questions. She informed me she was putting everything in her notes.

Jamie is the wordy provider ever. came in didn't really say much , told me my son had a virus and nothing they could do . If he got worse to call up there. Called up there later that afternoon cause my son's fever was 102.4 and they wouldn't let me talk to nurse . Told me that i needed to go straight to ER . Well the ER told me that my bill wouldn't be covered since we were seen in UC that morning . Horrible customer service . Will not go back to UC if she is there

Jamie tried to give me a rx that i had a few weeks ago that DID NOT WORK! Telling me clindamycin is only given near death, which is absurd, i asked for the gel and she gave me pills which will surely give u an upset stomach over the gel (which was one of her issues with rx- i am well aware of the drug and how it affects me despite her misplaced concerns, smh, i asked for 2 dose diflucan because i have both reoccurring BV and yeast and i know the antibiotics is going to give me a yeast infection (especially the oral one) and she gave me only one. She should listen to her patients more when they are discussing what works for them and what doesnt. She should do individualized treatment specific to the patient vs what she routinely does as if everyone's body is the same. She seemed very upset that I advocated for myself and requested the antibiotic that I FELT WOULD HELP MY BV the most as the flagyl has not worked .I know this because I've had them since 2017 n everyone keeps giving me flagyl here but my former SC primary has tried the clindamycin gel (which she refused) when the flagyl has stopped work before. She was vindictive in her attitude about it as well. And I pray I don't need a second dose and have to make another visit to get it. I just wish it would have been a more collaborative and team effort to get me treated.

Telling me clindamycin is only given near death, which is absurd, i asked for the gel and she gave me pills which will surely give u an upset stomach over the gel (which was one of her issues with rx- i am well aware of the drug and how it affects me despite her misplaced concerns, smh, i asked for 2 dose diflucan because i have both reoccurring BV and yeast and i know the antibiotics is going to give me a yeast infection (especially the oral one) and she gave me only one. She should listen to her patients more when they are discussing what works for them and what doesnt. She should do individualized treatment specific to the patient vs what she routinely does as if everyone's body is the same. She seemed very upset that I advocated for myself and requested the antibiotic that I FELT WOULD HELP MY BV the most as the flagyl has not worked .I know this because I've had them since 2017 n everyone keeps giving me flagyl here but my former SC primary has tried the clindamycin gel (which she refused) when the flagyl has stopped work before. She was vindictive in her attitude about it as well. And I pray I don't need a second dose and have to make another visit to get it. I just wish it would have been a more collaborative and team effort to get me treated.

I just want you to know that the urgent care, WellSTAR urgent care is the best urgent care I've ever been to. A whole WellSTAR system is the best I've ever been encountered with. And I appreciate every worker that works there. Everyone has been so kind to me and so good. I can't even praise them enough. And I would definitely recommend them over and over and over again. Thank you.

I appreciate the staff at urgent care being very helpful. I booked my appointment for the wrong day and they worked me in. I had some issues with my heart rate, the immediately did an EKG, said there was a bigger issue and sent me to the ER where it was discovered I have pneumonia. I am thankful they listened to me and acted quickly.

Amanda was anazing, professional & very pleasant. Ms 'D' was great. Very knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable. Dr Jamie was thorough, pleasant & made me feel comfortable. Xrat tech was very polite & speedy. The "injection" nurse was great. Didn't realize when she stuck me!! Awesome team. I can't speak highly enough about all members.

While not "appearing" busy, 2 other people in waiting room, and I didn't realize I could "schedule" an appt 1.75 hours is unacceptable to wait to be seen at an urgent care center. Where's the "urgent"?
