The office was very nice and accommodating. I went to other companies urgent care within the last year and did not feel as much care and attention to detail as I did for this visit. I'm extremely appreciative of that, as well as how quick everything happened. My test results came back quick. I was told my condition very quickly. My prescription was sent very quickly. It was very efficient and they were very gentle with the procedure that they had to do. That's typically not very comfortable. So I really appreciate it and it was an amazing visit and I will definitely be back to this urgent care.

I have never been to a place where the Pt had to call and order their own XRay. Then give the exact info to some person on the phone that the staff at the office already had. Made me feel like I was at a county run hospital. Wellstar is going down hill. What's next we have to call our own doctor for help? If the pt has to do the work the price should come way down. Next time I will just go to the ER.

At 6:00 am, after worsening symptoms, I decided I would seek care at urgent care and was happy that I could register on line for an appointment! The process was seamless! Then once I arrived at the facility, the entire appointment was seamless as well!! Facility was clean and ALL staff from check in, to MA, LPN and NP was excellent!!! Thank you!

I might have been able to see a provider at the emergency room in the amount of time it took me at the "urgent" care facility. We've been with Wellstar for 15+ years now. Recent experiences are causing us to think about changing providers. We have learned what "urgent" means in the Wellstar system.

I was treated very respectfully. I waited foer about 45 mins for x ray. Longer than Id like, but at no fault of the medical provider. My xray tech came in after about 30 mins, to inform me that they were still working on it That is very fair and i appreciate the update. Less then 15 mins later, Jamie gave me the results. They seem to be very hard working people that I will happily deal with again. Good folks.
