I was treated very respectfully. I waited foer about 45 mins for x ray. Longer than Id like, but at no fault of the medical provider. My xray tech came in after about 30 mins, to inform me that they were still working on it That is very fair and i appreciate the update. Less then 15 mins later, Jamie gave me the results. They seem to be very hard working people that I will happily deal with again. Good folks.

Probably the best Urgent Care facility in the great state of Georgia! Everyone contained within the walls of this facility are Caring, sharing and Bering! Extremely intelligent, quick to listen, learn, act and then respond! The thing about this group are they are close nit and diagnose and get it right!!! They are not perfect but pretty darn close! They are not paid enough for the job they do!! And the group hug at the end of your visit gets you up and running no matter how far your down!!!???? Psalm 121:1-2

One thing that was really terrible was that I made an appointment on Zocdoc only to be told when I got there that it's not a real appointment with WellStar. On the website, it looked like WellStar endorses Zocdoc and that is the way to make appointments. Please edit your website so that this no longer happens. I was lucky that I was able to get an appointment when I showed up, but I did have to wait 40 minutes longer than expected due to this confusion. The receptionist told me that it happened about 10 times earlier in the day as well, so this seems to be a common problem.

I had a good experience at this facility other than waiting over 40 minutes to get my xray and having to open the door to make sure they didn't forget about me then waiting almost an hour to get the results of the xray. Overall spent 3 hours here while hearing the staff goofing off outside the room and hearing other patients being released much sooner.
