It was a waste of time and money to visit the dallas urgent care I won't do it again. I got more help from the Amazon health clinic than I did in person at the facility. Which is sad if you think about it.

The x-ray technician was very personable, gentle, and informative. He shoelwed empathy for my situation. The nurse or medical assistant as well as the NP were fantastic. I was treated well and they were patient and thorough.

I have been very thankful for the well are urgent care facilities. This one is close and I have been fortunate to be able to get a quick appt or walk in without too long wait. Staff is friendly and pleasant always concerned about my health and situation. Thank you Graystone Wellstar staff

Arrived at 1145. Told to come back at 130. Was not called back til 215 even though I had an appointment. Sat in my car until 130. Too far to go back home and in too much pain to go anywhere

I made appointment to see the doctor. They made me sign in on Kiosk, they called my daughter to the room. They took weight and vitals. When NP or doctor entered the room, she advised that they tried to call to tell me my daughter needs to be seen at hospital. I don't understand how this information was not given to me by the front desk receptionist. It was a waste of time when my daughter could have gotten help. I really feel they did this in order to bill the insurance. I will be calling the insurance and letting them know about this. It was truly unnecessary to take my daughter's insurance card, scam in the system just to be told to go to the hospital. Not to mention they referred me to a hospital that wasn't even my choice, needles to say I won't be going back to this urgent care, nor will I recommend it. It's as bad as Paulding Hospital and their staff, I drive 45 min to go to Kennestone then go to Paulding.

If I could give NP Jamie a million stars.. I would!! My husband cut his finger open while he was working on one of our vehicles. It was bad. We rolled up an hour before closing. Jamie worked carefully and quickly to get him sewed up. She was amazing!!! Give her all of the raises..the vacations..and the money. Her work was exceptional and her attitude was calm and attentive. She was determined to fix his finger and when she was done...it looked a million times better. She also spent a lot of time going over after care and follow instructions. I could not have been more happy when we walked out of there. Wellstar better step up and recognize this woman and her efforts!!! Thank you Jamie!!! You were our Halloween Hero late that night!!!

A very kind and efficient staff . Jamie MCclure called a few days later to see how I was and I asked her about the medicine I was taking about a side effect, very thoughtful. Feeling a lot better with the medicine that was prescribed.

Two days prior to visiting this urgent care, I visited another one from Piedmont and walked out after waiting an hour and a half. My visit at Wellstar was about 30 minutes start to finish. I was not rushed. I felt seen and heard. Because of my positive experience, this location will become my go-to for urgent care needs.

I made appointment to see the doctor. They made me sign in on Kiosk, they called my daughter to the room. They took weight and vitals. When NP or doctor entered the room, she advised that they tried to call to tell me my daughter needs to be seen at hospital. I don't understand how this information was not given to me by the front desk receptionist. It was a waste of time when my daughter could have gotten help. I really feel they did this in order to bill the insurance. I will be calling the insurance and letting them know about this. It was truly unnecessary to take my daughter's insurance card, scam in the system just to be told to go to the hospital. Not to mention they referred me to a hospital that wasn't even my choice, needles to say I won't be going back to this urgent care, nor will I recommend it. It's as bad as Paulding Hospital and their staff, I drive 45 min to go to Kennestone then go to Paulding.
