I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Wellstar Urgent Care. I arrived expecting timely care, but instead, I ended up waiting for nearly 8 hours to see a doctor. The wait was incredibly frustrating, and the staff offered little to no communication or updates throughout the entire ordeal. It felt like no one cared about the patients or their time. By the time I was finally seen, I was exhausted and beyond frustrated. I would not recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care, as the lack of efficiency and care was shocking.

The staff and doctor were very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. My only complaint was the 3 hour wait. I arrived at 6:00 and didn't leave until 9:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and kept everyone wait updated. Still, 3 hours was a long wait.

This was an urgent care visit and my expectation was to be there longer since it was evening. I was able to go online and find an appointment time that was reasonable. We were in and out in under 2hrs. Dr. Gober was through and empathic to my son's allergic reaction. I also appreciate the time she took to ask the questions and well as actively listened to the responses.

Dr. Gober was hands down the best urgent care provider I have seen at this location. She thoroughly walked me through all of my options, showed extreme care and empathy, and had me in tears (in the best way) because I felt seen and not dismissed to free up the room. I wish I could see her as my primary care physician - I have told so many friends about my experience with her and Wellstar this past weekend.

From calling to check the time, checking in, seeing Nurse Jean and the Doctor - it was the best experience I have had. They were all so kind, caring and warm - I called my Mom after to tell her when she's in town to go there if needed! Wonderful staff!

Wait times are ridiculous. This IS A URGENT CARE facility!! Three hours and thirty minutes is too long. The waiting room was only one third full!! Two front staff, but not enough in the back. Lots of personal talking going at the front desk and in the back, very leisurely.
