My experience at this office was overwhelmingly positive, though finding the Marietta office was a significant challenge. The directions need a complete overhaul, as they were confusing and no one on campus seemed to know the location. However, the staff more than made up for this initial frustration. Kiki (I hope I spelled that right!) and Latoya's cheerful greeting and efficient handling of my vitals were a highlight of my day. They were both incredibly energetic and a true asset to the office. Jade was also a joy. Her attentiveness, especially how she stopped typing and truly listened to my concerns about my gallbladder issues, was remarkable. It made me smile all the way home. That kind of bedside manner, where a patient feels heard and seen as a person, is invaluable. I only wish I had discovered this office sooner. If I had known about it when I enrolled three years ago, I would have been here for more than just a medical release form for a study abroad trip. Even rescheduling my appointment at the last minute was painless and easy. To the entire team, please keep up the amazing work! Your care, time, and knowledge are truly appreciated, and you're making a real difference.

She was very friendly, considerate, informative, patient, and thorough to name a few. I would love to see them every time I make a visit. The environment was also nice and clean.

The care was amazing and I really say that because I had already been having a very bad week and whenever I got emotional about my health, the nurses and everyone that I spoke to were SO nice and comforting. I don't usually cry lol so I really felt so much comfort and care in that moment. They genuinely seemed concerned and if there's anything I appreciate the most from my visit was the loving environment.

Every one was super nice and amazing and they let me know what was going on during a wait time. They made sure that they looked for a nurse that could get my tough vein so I wouldn't be in pain and so they could start the blood draw from the first stick. I really appreciated that. The nurse practitioner was amazing. She was super sweet. Everyone was just overall super kind and I would definitely recommend it.
