The front office staff was very friendly. Shontell made me feel at ease and was funny and friendly in the best way. Dr. Terry is always professional and makes me feel like I am in good hands. A student PA, Abigail, was shadowing and had a great way about her, definitely would trust her with my care in the future.

Dr Terry and her Nurse Shantell are outstanding and wonderful. Shantell is always personable, friendly and calming. Dr Terry is what I would call the perfect Doctor. She answers every question that I have and makes sure that I understand. She arms you with the information required to get healthy and stay healthy. Her smile sets the stage for an appointment that most patients are looking for.

There wasn't an option to rate wait time or on time appointment start. My appt was at 330p. I arrived 15 minutes before. I wasn't taken to a room until 345-350p. I was told my the MA there was 1 pt then I was next. I received no update and had another commitment at 5p. As 430p approached I became frustrated especially without an update. I planned to leave at 430p. When Dr. came in (429p) I explained that I was relieved she arrive as I was going to leave in 1 min. She apologized stating it was a busy day. While I understand that, communication about delays is very important. I was in the room for 45 min without an update and my appt started 1 hour late. I ended up being late for my 5p commitment.
