Yes, the nurse that initially did the intake, when she took my blood pressure, she didn't elevate my arm and when she got the reading, she didn't tell me what the reading was. In addition to that, when she took my blood sugar level, she told me what the reading was but then she entered it into the system. My reading was like 117, she entered in the system as 1117. And other than that, everything was fine. Thank you.
