This was the first visit I had with this doctor. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, but she apparently is going to another location so I won't see her again.

Most employees seemed like robots. Only my intake nurse and the lab nurses seemed to have any personality or warmth. Everyone else was professional and kind but not especially human. I felt like another number to be processed.

Awilda was great at check-in. She is very kind and warm and takes a personal interest in each person. Tameka was also wonderful - genuinely nice, taking her time to get as much info from you as she can to make your visit productive. And Dr. Soundappan was excellent, listening to me and working with me on my issues. This is a great place!

I have a service dog and the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. I didn't have any issues with the staff attempting to interact with my service dog while he was working without permission. The lab techs were super sweet when taking my blood. I have a needle phobia, so I can be a little tense and fearful when it comes to having my blood drawn, but they're always so incredibly patient and kind and personable. I just really felt at home in an environment that usually brings me a lot of anxiety.
