India Hunt was nothing short of amazing during my appointment. She made me feel very comfortable. She made me feel heard and she really made me feel at ease when it came to my healing process. She also explained things to me in a much clearer way than anyone has so far in this journey, which I really, really appreciate. The only thing that I would say could be improved has nothing to do with India Hunt. It had to do with whoever scheduled the appointment because we did get there and then have to wait about an hour and a half in the room before we saw Miss Hunt, but that's not her fault and she was amazing. So I appreciated the visit. Thank you.

My issue is with the residents that saw me. It is not right to do rounds at 1 and 2 am. The hospital is there to serve patients, not residents. They were unable to answer questions. How do you assess a patient with the lights off?

India was very good. She listened to my concerns and had answers for me. You could use a little work on how busy your office is. I did have an extremely long wait and they did take some people ahead of me even though I was there before them. So I know that happens and there are emergencies and whatnot, but it was an extremely long time. I was five hours in a wheelchair that day, the first time I was at my operation, and I had to step back on my legs because of being in the wheelchair that long. It was five hours round trip from the facility I'm in to your office and then back to the facility. Anyway, that's all I have to say. I'm very pleased with the outcome and I'm pleased with the office. That would be my only complaint, is about the wait. Thank you.
