Hi. As soon as I walked into the customer service desk, the reps helped me. They tremendously helped me because I was transferring insurance over and changing providers, doctors at that facility. So they worked very well with me. They were awesome. I got back, escorted back by the nurses. Nurses were great. My doctor, Dr. O, she was awesome. My first time meeting her, she was great. She went over all of my history, what recommendations we could do. The only thing that she missed was I get a full physical, a full exam. That was missed last year. I wanted to correct that issue. This year with a new doctor. Just wanted all my lab work, everything I could possibly get to rule out anything. But she was great. She listened to all my concerns. That was just an oversight. And I still give her an excellent.
