As far as improvement goes, I think you guys could be more timely with checking in patients and getting them back closer to the appointment time. I also think that there should be a more thorough review of the patient done, especially when it's an annual, you know, situation. Thank you.

The staff was very courteous. The facility was very clean, neat. And my doctor and her assistant were very courteous. The doctor was very knowledgeable and patient. The only thing I don't like about this practice is the telephone lines. It's very, very difficult to get anyone. All right. Thank you very much. Bye-bye. Thank you.

My appointment was at 11:00 AM I did not got back until 12:22 PM. The provider was nice and I feel like she was rushing through what I came there for because it was time for their lunch break. The front desk staff had a little bit of an attitude and one employee acted like helping another was too hard for her. I was provided snacks for the wait but it completely threw my entire day back. Once I got back into the room I waited another 30 minutes only for the doctor to see me for 10 minutes and tell me I booked the wrong appointment and she couldn't give me a physical.
