The phlebotomist was so wonderful. I always pass out with blood draws and he coached my breathing the entire time. Best blood draw I've ever had. I had been anxious about it all day and he made it such a good experience.

Dr Zhong gave me a referral for Wellstar neurology - tried calling to make appt for 4 hours with no response. Great service from primary care but it isn't matched by your horrendous appt for specialist.

It should be taken into account by the insurance well in advance before the person goes for a consultation, since sometimes you and when the person goes for a consultation on the same day they are told that the insurance does not cover it, the consul dictates that the person has to pay and at some point or another, they are not seen because they do not have the perfect insurance coverage.

My provider is great, the staff is also great. My only request is that the prescriptions, all my prescriptions need to be sent to the CVS, 1610 Mount Vernon Road and not to Kroger because since yesterday I've been coordinating for my prescription because it was sent to Kroger and not to CVS. So please remove the Kroger pharmacy from my file so that next time I don't have this problem with my prescriptions. Thank you.
