When I checked in, I was asked to sign an acknowledgment of the Wellstar cancellation/late arrival policy, which I found very offensive. If there are patients who habitually cancel appointments or are habitually late, those are the individuals who should be notified of the policy . . . NOT those of us who honor their appointment times!

Way too many calls and email reminders even though I had already confirmed my appointment. I'm not sure why the assistant had to ask me about my entire medical records, since they should already have it. I've been a patient of Dr Zhong for almost 20 years. I did not appreciate the cancelling of my original appointment date and then I had to reschedule for a date that was not really good for me, but I had to do my annual exam before the end of year due to insurance reasons so I had to take this date.

Staff took ownership, a good thing. When I had a question about discharge, I had posed it to the receptionist and when she didn't know the answer the staff nurse overheard and took ownership and assisted me right away. Thank you!

I absolutely love seeing Dr. Zhong! She is kind, warm, and genuinely interested in your health and well-being. You can feel the wisdom, care, and compassion radiating from her. He's always a bright sunny positive light in my day every time I see her. I am so grateful to have found her for my primary provider!

I appreciate that the doctor listened to me because my chest was giving me problems with congestion and she ordered an x-ray of my chest which I had done the same day and it turned out that I'm okay. But I do appreciate her going that extra step with me and my medical condition. I'm still not 100% better but I'm getting better. Thank you.

My regular care provider wasn't available last minute to take me but the doctor available was fantastic and again the staff is so kind! It was great and makes going in so seamless. I also didn't feel like I was in the waiting room or waiting for the doctor forever.

The front desk person talked very softly several times and I had to ask them to repeat themselves. The check out person did not explain to me about when I should get my lab work done . She had to ask someone for help . The lab technician who performed my blood work said that my doctor was supposed to tell him that I wanted my lab work to be processed by quest diagnostics which my insurance pays at 100% but my doctor did not tell me that . There is obviously very poor communication with the front desk , my doctor and the lab technician . I will find a new primary care physician because I cannot tolerate all the confusion at this location

This was a very thorough annual physical exam. I don't recall a better one ever. Dr Zhong researched a compounded medication that she was first leery about prescribing and then did prescribe it for me. I was impressed with her tenacity.

I have noticed a lot of inconsistencies in my care compared to what is in my chart. I have noted these to the provider via the portal but have yet to get a response. My provider is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in medicine, but I don't like the gaps in my care. I'm happy to share the message I sent last week to my provider if you're interested in seeing it.
