Always timely to call me in the lobby waiting room as well as the nurse and doctor seeing me in the patient room. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. And the flu shot didn't hurt! Yay!

The only negative is the receptionist tried to get a payment from me instead of just billing my insurance company first. I was under the impression that I was going to have to pay the full amount of the visit or atleast half when I have insurance and just ask for those fees back from my insurance company. That was a little disturbing.
