Dr Batool is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable with her. She listened very intently, without interrupting. I appreciate her attentiveness. I didn't feel judged or looked upon as another claimant of my insurance, but as an individual seeking solutions and help.

Dr Batool showed concern for my issue and we discussed some additional brain testing that the PCP would need to approve. Good speaking and listening skills on her part. Having never met with a clinical head doctor, I believe we had a good decision.

The doctor was really good, but the specialists that they referred me to were not great. The list was not great. The first one didn't take my insurance. The second one didn't have anybody who was taking inpatients. And then the other two on the list didn't accept my insurance either. I have UnitedHealthcare, so it's not - it shouldn't be that bad.

Dr. Batool is my favorite mental health provider I have ever had! She will solve any of your mental health needs and make you feel like yourself again. She is an amazing listener, very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone. Wellstar does a great job hiring the best of the best.
