I was disappointed that the doctor never called me. Most of my tests came back abnormal. And I was very concerned. And I was hoping that she would call me to have a conversation with me about my results. And I never received that. So I was disappointed about that.

I appreciate having to wait for over an hour for my appointment. Also, Dr. Heidi Chun was rude towards me by making derogatory comments about my diet & living conditions. I left the office feeling humiliated & upset bc she has no right to speak to me that way.

Wait time was considerably average- while Dr. Chun's assistant Danita expressed unique empathy regarding the mental & physical challenges that I was facing. God bless these skilled professionals, some how they find the patience & compassion to identify with the weight of life's burdens. There's no Dr. that I've encountered that is able to calm anxiety thru deep breathing & suggestions of peaceful meditation. God blessed them both b/c I was in a state when I arrived for my Apptmt. Please recognize & accommodate those who go out their way to serve the patients who need medical & emotional support.

Appointment was for 2:00 pm, saw the doctor at 3:00 pm. Was told to expect this wait time on every visit. Dr Chun is very thorough and if appointments are every 15 minutes , it is difficult on the entire staff.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a doctor's visit. My appointment was only yesterday and I have already recommended Dr. Chun to many friends. This was the first visit I finally asked for the help I need, and I was met with the upmost compassion and resources possible. Her sweet nurse also asked if she could give me a hug and she spoke words of wisdom over me. It was exactly what my soul needed! Anyone looking for a primary care doctor needs to come here! Dr. Chun took her time with me and never seemed rushed. I felt I had her complete attention the entire time! She educated me on medications that were worsening my symptoms~ that no doctor had ever caught before on my chart. It was amazing! I walked away learning so much and with my head held high :)
