I was very impressed with Dr. Bhansali. He entered the room with a personableness that was immediate. He gave great eye contact and listened well. I had typed my experience & symptoms and offered it to him and hd read it attentively! He took time to address my concerns. My husband, who accompanied me, and I were both very pleased with this doctor and I have already told my friends about him!!

The front office (check-in/check-out) were reasonable, but had hopefully only had a bad day. The nurse was obviously annoyed with me and blamed me for having caused her to "overrun" her allotted time.
