I have a pair of hearing aids I bought when I saw her three years ago, three years ago in September. She really works hard to get the perfect amount of sound, the perfect amount that is specific for that person. Certain sounds bother certain people, and she can soften those particular sounds and increase others. I can't say enough about her professionalism. She is very kind.
