Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially the Medical Assistant, Gladys. She was very friendly and professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and talked to me as if I was a relative, not just a number. I was very pleased with my visit.

The phone answering system could really use a change. Tried to get appoint desk. It says all lines are busy push 5 to leave a message with name, phone number and a brief message will get back to you within 24hrs. Then it says messages are all full.What a joke. Also appt. time & show up time were made when office is closed for lunch. Line of people in hall. Why make appt. when office is closed?

Therefore can't leave message & if I could, they would get back in touch within 24Hrs.I thank is no way for an answering machine to operate.This system definitely needs update.

My son has challenges due to him having 3 prior strokes. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff for having patience to listen to him and explaining to him what he needs to do to improve his health. On our way home he said mom I want some baked chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. We are off to a great start

I was unable to get my records through my chart after my visit. I would like for, in case my chart doesn't work, I need to get the results back some other way. And I don't, a hard copy would probably be best since I can't get my chart sometimes.
