Dr Grahm was very professional and he explained every steps to me. The Nurse was amazing and her deep sense of humanity in carrying out her duty was remarkable. The front desk staff displayed a welcoming environment that effectively suggests it was going to be ok.

I am a very punctual person. My appointment was at 815, I arrived at 8 sharp. There was no front desk person for the doctor until 20min later. I was called until almost 830. I had to get back to work which is half an hour far from the office. I think is not good taking other's time and don't give you any updates about when is going to be your time to be attended. So far, the nurse was very caring and Dr Bahson explained well my next steps for treatment, however he didn't read the full history because the main reason of my appointment was fungus in two toes. I had to push Dr Bahson for medication because he wanted to start with the problem in my side of the right foot. I don't mind asking but I waited so long for having this appointment and I expected more.

The receptionist indicated I needed to sign a blank screen. No, I don't sign anything without first reading the document needing my signature. A printout was presented to me to review. Amended copy was initialed then signed before submitting. I had requested this document be sent to me before my appointment and was told no.
