Hi. The only feedback I have is I received a text that said to check in. And when I went to the WellSTAR portal to check in, it ran me through my documents. But at the end of it, it said, okay, go to your appointment now. So I did. But I was an hour early. So it didn't give me the option to try and figure out was there another way to get into my virtual appointment. I think an option of some sort should have been given there, like check in now or you still have an hour before your appointment or something to let me know where to go next. But I ended up sitting on the virtual video link for an hour until someone called me and she didn't even know I was out there.
