Yes, the practice is, they're so sweet, so nice, so patient, so professional. From the receptionist, Marissa, to the nurses, to Dr. Chiang, everyone is so kind and so courteous. And it's just, I can't say enough good things about them. Very professional. And she let me know everything I need to know, answered all my questions, was very patient with me, so she's great. Love her. Top 20, 10 out of 10. Love her.

Dr. Chiang was wonderful! She listened well and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Alice, her nurse was also fantastic! I had allergy testing done and she made it bearable. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful overall experience!

Dr. Chiang and staff were excellent. I would just say that everybody who worked with me probably deserves a raise and a promotion, most definitely. I can't really-there is no criticism or even constructive criticism, if anything. Like I said, I just hope everybody's being well compensated and rewarded for all of their services and pretty much the empathy and professionalism that they provided. I'm very thankful and, yeah, I look forward to coming back and hope that I had the same experiences-same experience with all of my doctors across the board. I definitely appreciate it. May y'all bless us all.

Just didn't feel like this was the right fit for me. Waited almost an hour in the room. The floating nurse was not as caring as I prefer. The doctor just was not the right fit for me.

The lab was terrible. I waited an hour and a half for 1 blood draw, and still was only on the middle column on the waiting list. People kept going in ahead of me, that had come in after I had checked in. I finally found out they had scheduled an appointment. That's fine, but I just kept getting pushed farther and farther back. Had someone explained the process, I would not have lost an hour and a half that day. I would have just left and scheduled. Very frustrating when I wasn't feeling well in the first place.
