This was my first visit to this group and everyone I came in contact with during my appointment was wonderful and demonstrated a genuine commitment to me and the care I was receiving. The doctor and staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I felt very comfortable about my first visit.

I love the practice. The only thing that I would say that needs to be improved is the signage to show that the office is no longer on the third floor, but it's on the first floor. I was actually late for my appointment because I was going by the sign. That's very confusing. And if it was somebody that was older, I'm sure that they wouldn't have got the gist of what was going on, and they would have probably been even later than I was. So I feel that the signage should be changed.

The reception staff was wonderful. I had a 1:15 appointment and did not get to see the doctor until 2:30. I think an hour and fifteen minute wait is excessive. No one came to tell me that there was a delay until I stepped out to ask if I had been forgotten. The doctor was extremely apologetic. This is a poor reflection on the practice.
