I have nothing more to add other than I really appreciate Dr. Niazi 's PA spending the time to explain, in detail, my blood test results and listening to some of my health concerns. She recommends more blood work to get to the bottom of things .

Dr. Tarnoff has been a very thorough and amazing provider/doctor since I've been seeing her since 2019. I can't say enough about her medical knowledge, advise, recommended course of treatment and her sensational bed side manner. She makes you feel at ease for a doctor visit and allows her personality to come out so you don't feel uptight, or apprehensive about being "at the doctors". She has helped me understand my over health and health practices and she has given me the confidence that if God forbid something unforeseen occurs that needs immediate attention, that she can provide a course of action that is patient friendly, and results driven. I've said it before and I'll say it again, as long as Dr. Tarnoff is practicing medicine, then she will be my general health practitioner!

Yes, I go to see Glenda every single time because Glenda is very thorough. She definitely goes over everything and she's very friendly. Her bedside manner is on spot. And she works with me, she helps me and I understand everything that she's talking about. So I enjoy going to see Glenda and she helps me with my medicine and makes sure I'm on target.

MyChart. Sone.of the nurses need to learn how to use mychart properly. Had an appointment made with the provider. Requested medication refills, in which clearly stated which meds I completely out of. Nurse came back on mychart stating my meds were denied due to an appointment needed to be made before refills could be approved. The appointment had already been made. Staff needs to check patients chart/file to verify if an appointment really had been made or before automatically dening the refill request. You want the patients to use mychart. It's hard when the staff doesn't even know how responsed to the patients request properly.
