It's rare to have a great experience at a lot of medical offices but this office and Staff from beginning to end was very pleasant and very welcoming, I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of care for their children, I really like Dr. Chan, his personality is upbeat and he's very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. 100% Recommend. The receptionist appeared to be a little disconnected with the patients. No interaction. There was no type of personality, nothing negative nor positive to say about the receptionist. Just disconnected with the patient.

I'd just like to say that I feel that Dr. Chan is an excellent physician. My son is progressing nicely after his spinal fusion surgery. While he was in the hospital, he had excellent care from the nursing staff. And of course, Dr. Chan did an excellent job. I have no complaints, and I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Chan and the practice to someone else who is considering surgery.

Actually, we waited at the provider for almost one hour and after one hour, we literally spent less than five minutes with the provider. I think it could have been better handled and better managed and more care could have been taken and more time could have been spent. It just felt too short and the provider was in a rush.

Hi. I thought the visit went really well, but we had assumed it would all be covered under our insurance because our family, our children are in the welfare system and we were referred to welfare orthopedics for pediatrics. And it's just not clear if that is the case and we're waiting for the bill. So hopefully it will be cleared up. But that was the only snafu we had was the potential that this would somehow be out of network, which we would have like known before proceeding forward because of the cost. So I'm still waiting for answer for that. I would appreciate if it is being built to the facility. I understand from my insurance to be covered. So hopefully that's the case and that's the only issue that still remains. And that's it. Thanks.
